George’s Candies has been an Ocean City institution since 1954 when George Koukoulis first founded the boardwalk candy store. Our store is known for its world-famous macaroons. Stopping in to sample the goods has become a tradition for many beach-goers. Baked fresh every day, the sweet smell of the macaroons resonates throughout the store and down the Ocean City boardwalk.

At George’s Candies, we’re also renowned for our homemade candy. Our creamy fudge melts in your mouth as you stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the ocean views.

George’s also offers homemade and hand-scooped ice cream made with recipes that date back to the boardwalk’s rich history of the early 1900s.

In 2003, George’s was renovated and expanded. The ice cream bar has been moved to the front of the store where eager vacationers await the cool treat on hot summer nights. Also new in 2003 was the addition of George's Breakfast Grille. All of our food is made to order with the finest fresh meats and vegetables, fluffy pancakes, and mouth-watering omelets.
